  • I had a seizure I'm suing.

  • SOMEONE HELP ME !!!!!!!! When ever i put my sample into rex octor from recycle everything is fine but when ever i go to record or play the song there will be nothing there and my sample will still play and it will sound like its fast forwarding or something. SOME ONE PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • im glad someone told me about this cause i was gonna get fl studio to sample tracks but i much prefer Reason.

  • Where can I find afree full version cracked for recycle 2.1

  • this is probably a stupid question, but i can't seem to delete slices I don't want. I press the delete button, but the clip won't go away. I also press the mute button and the sound I don't want is still there. Can u help me out?

  • How do you make sure you export the midi also so it works when you load it with rex and then copy to track? thanks "!

  • Great tutorial. Can I add an mp3 song or a WAve file (song)? And then just use the sample I want fron it. Thanks.

  • whenever I try to launch recycle, it always says "an unexpected error has occured"? any suggestions/help? Thanks.

  • i have epilepsy thanks breh...

  • @jibajaba54321 lmao

  • Is it also possible to create beats or just add or adjust them?

  • such a good idea for a software.

  • if i just have reason 5 n record 1.5 can i still make and chop samples??

  • thank you very much, really usefull tut, helped me a lot

  • how do you send the things you chopped to your keyboard and logic pro 9?

  • Is it possible to emphasise a beat on a rubato piece of music?

For example I'm using a piano sample where the tempo is very expressive and not so definite.

I've found the different slices, but is it possible to choose how long you want a particular slice to last in accordance with the assigned tempo (minim, quaver etc.)?

  • slices, slices, slices, slices......

  • Is it normal that when decreasing the tempo, even by a little bit, that when previewing the loop with 100% stretch, the gaps between the slices sound all choppy? My sample has continuous sound (so silence will be obvious) unlike the example here. If so, what's the best way to mitigate this (time stretch?) Thanks.

  • can i have ur shirt?

  • can i chope it to 16 notes?

  • can i chope while sample is playing? is there any option like on MPC "combine"

  • great for chopping drum loops. but i tried to follow this tutorial in relation to using a vocal loop and it was an epic fail. recycle recognises the vocal loop as 141bpm which is correct but when i tell it to set it at 135bpm and then open it in reason, it plays it back way way slower even though my tempo is set accordingly :S

  • ok, my recycle just started acting stupid and i can't play any thing nor can i click on the sample pieces for them to play. the play, rewind, FF, etc. tabs are faded. you would think when you actually pay for stuff (lol) you wouldn't run into this type of crap. any thoughts on what this is?

  • ok, i figured it out (google/yahoo/bing won't show this so don't even bother looking it up). it's a matter of having your audio set up. if your play, rewind, FF, etc. buttons are not highlighted, your audio isn't set up. just go to preferences, and under page go to audio. under audio, set your audio card driver to whatever you want to use as an output (i usually use my mbox, but i was out and wanted to make a track away from home w/out the mbox. i switched to built-in audio and now i'm straight)

  • is a keyboard necessary?

  • @esilv111 no its not you can even use your typing keyboard, or draw in notes

  • recycle is bullshit..if reason 5 doesn't have another solution for choppin samples im switchin to ableton..

  • I'm using recycle with my cubase, and you dont now shit about choppin samples! What is your solution?

  • who cares what you use ? you don't even have 1 beat on your page ! lol if any1 here doesn't know shit its you..all i did was state an opinion..and alot of reason users do not like recycle either..i use it because i have too

  • @Flipstaxx08 i use reason with ableton, its a beautiful combo

  • when i load my chopped vocals into reason redrum my samples areplayin faster than they were in recycle, why is this???

  • check tempo maybe??

  • @assbandit101 checked all that m8, it's only just started doing it within last week

  • @danny5766 check the sample rate that they were saved as. If they have to different sample rates it will screw it up

  • why cant reason allow you to cut up audio in reason its self. this recycle shit is kinda shitty.

  • fucking epileptic seizure in the first bit

  • just had a seizure.

  • They are not the same thing Kontakt is more of an instument. However you can load .rex2 files into Kontakt and play the individual slices on the keys.

  • i try loading an mp3 but it doesnt read it, help! what type of file does it need to be?

  • download audacity then open it there hilight the track then under the file menu export it as a wave file then you open it in recycle

  • it has to be wave file

  • yea great program BUT programmers have forgot the option to name the slices

you can do that in zero-x beatcreator

now i have 62 samples with the same name - and i have to rename each one manually

so why dont i use beatcreator? because i cant get rid of the grid i dont want the grid

  • It's always good to watch these vids as a refresher. I always understand stuff better the second time around.

  • yes!

  • Hi, my question is, when a i have a file in wav and i play it in recycle it sounds just like the wav.

But when i open that recycle file in reason it sounds different, it's then lost it's power...Do you know why that is or how i can prevent that from happening...

  • try adding m class maximizer to the dr rex module

  • u guys gotta create a VSTi plugin for recycle

  • gotta question..this is for anyone who knows.

how do you find the EXACT BPM of the sample or does that matter? All the samples I put in the Dr.Rex wont adjust to the tempo of the song I am making. On here, he could slow it down/speed it up and change the tempo of his sample. When I change the tempo, the sample stays the same and when i change the pitch of the sample, it doesnt match up with the tempo. Can you help me please?!

  • A useful tool you can use to find out the BPM of a track is MixMeister BPM Analyzer which is free, & can be found on google. Once you have your sample laid out in recycle with the correct length & BPM added, you use the preview toggle button to play & then use the slider to detect all required beats & then adjust the tempo as desired. Depending on how much you inc/decrease tempo you may need to decrease or silence some slices so that it fits. This part is trial & error gained through practice.

  • thank you thank you thank you thank you thank you thank you thank you!!!

  • @soundwavescience man... that shit does not work. reason fucked us over royally with this shit.

  • @yungpreach317 Im using Virtual DJ to find out the BPM

  • i remember 2 years ago i found this by accident looking for the band propellerheads from the matrix album

  • Where can i buy this video tutorial at or find it?

  • does anyone know how to automatically make all the samples the same length?

  • Can you record straight into Recycle?

Im trying to record an acoustic guitar part and use it in reason.

  • record it into protools or any program were u record and then render it and import it into recycle.

  • I'm sampling and every thing's ok except a big blank between the beginning and the end of my loop. Why?

  • i fukin hate recycle

  • how come before i mess with it

  • i hated it too but u have to look at the bright side of it like how would u put ur samples in order with out it, or how would

u be get them great drum sounds from were ever u like with out slicing them up

    its a beast.

  • you prob never used it you tool

  • your the one trying to learn how to use recycle watching tutorials on youtube lol

  • rofl!

  • What do you use to do this with then?

  • you use it with reason

  • how do you load it first u idot

  • There is no need to be acting stupid.... Keep those remarks to yourself if you cannot answer a simple question!

  • You the idiot if you don't know how to load a sample....

  • how can i know how many bars there is in my loop?

  • im still learning that myself but the bars in recycle seem to match with the tempo.

  • I cant figure how to slow down the tempo in Reason after the samples are in there already. It just plays them as normal and glitches at the hit points. Did i cut them wrong or something, I have it on 197, wanted to bring it down to about 170 without re cutting everything

  • same prob here

  • Ok well I got it to go, I dont thik I did anything different though lol.

It did add that echo like it dragged the sample when it was supposed to be the end of the loop...I just wanted to try it out, never did it before. Great tutorial tho bruh!

  • u have to play with the bar # to match it to

the tempo that u would like to work with.

  • Help if you can please..!

im having trouble with the tempo control, i took a piece of music and brought it from around 127 bpm to 85 bpm and brought the sensitivity up to get the right tempo, and when it plays back its real jittery. is this something to do with the slices? i've muting a few , but then it just goes back to the original speed in those areas and it all sounds messy...

    any advice?

  • Also take a look at this useful tutorial from HowAudioTV, ReCycle - Chopping Up A Complex Loop

  • Seems theres an error with the vid from 'HowAudioTV' as it is now only 22 secs long, previously it was 5.21mins. I have now uploaded his video on here so you can take a look at the helpful info he offers. Its worth checking out his profile & the link to his website for more useful info & tutorials.

  • my problem how u get mp3 off of desktop into recycle.

  • You first need to convert the mp3 file into a wav file (try google for mp3 file converter) then you simply import the .wav into Recycle for editing.

  • thanks.i figured that out and now problem is actually using it.more familar with dr rex but carrier and all is not working or giving wierd effects that are usable but not what i want...i'll keep at it till i throw it in folder with never figured out programs.

  • Check out Hydlide24 on here, he has a number of Reason tutorials posted & alot more on his site which the link can be found on his youtube page, worth checking out as the guy knows his stuff!

  • First make sure that your start & end points are correct & that you have input the correct bars and/or beats so that your sample is turning around correctly. Turn up your slider to ensure you select all of the hits, then change the tempo as required. It could be that you have too many or incorrect slices muted, hard to say without hearing the sample! Best to keep experimenting with it till you get it right, its the best way to learn too.

  • i dont see how recycle automatically detects the tempo and i dont see how your loop/sample plays at the same tempo as reason. when i load a rex file into reason it plays at the same tempo that i saved it as...am i missing something

  • step by step those controls become available..im no expert but that works...no jumping.. go step by step and at end u have control of tempo...

  • Does anyone know how to change the BPM of a loop without it sounding awful!!?? I've just been trying to change a 96bpm loop down to 90bpm, I've adjusted to sensitivity slider to around 86 and turned stretch all the way to 100%. It always sounds 'jittery'. When I try to play the chopped sample through Rex Player it still sounds the same. Help!!!!

  • wait. djbreeduk...dumb...james bernard awesome. thanks james.

  • thx for this,my cracked copy didnt come with instructions lol

  • what a dumb thing to say.

  • lmao init

  • only dumb if ya can be traced which i cant,im not in the system not only that the law does not apply to me as it does you as i understand the law,it applies to you because you think you are a "person",also i have not signed any contract saying i will pay for the use of recycle therefore i have not broken any law, dont get me wrongf if i ever make money from my music i will willingly pay for the program untill then i will continue to use cracked software
