There is a reason there called Maryland blue crabs. its also our state food swell as oyster witch you do well to but we are the oyster state and no one dose blue crab or oysters like Maryland.
For crawfish. 1) choose crawfish from pile on top off newspaper.. ( only curled ones) 2). Separate head and tail 3) run index finger in head rubbing down then up along the innerspring and roof of the head. 4) eat fat on index finger 5) pinch tail and consume.

@Rainonyou69 thanks bro. to eat the thin legs first off, theyre really only worth ur effort to pick them if they are large. if theyre tiny dont bother. the way i pick them is by trying to snap them at theyre joints but just enough to slowly slide the meat out in one piece. wish i would have put that in the video but it was a long time ago and i guess i was dumb lol. but hope that helps.
