Say Anything has been my favorite band for quite some time now. When I first stumbled upon their music it was this very song on somebody's webpage and went over to my internet radio site and heard their song Admit It! which really resonated with the feelings I was going through in high school and brought me back down memory lane feeling apart of another persons art hadn't happened since the first time I heard Bohemian Rhapsody. It was the kind of epiphany that only hits me every now and again
yea i found this looking for wow video's as well ( yea ima wow nerd =( Daggerspine , alliance! look me up same name as this one >.>) but anywho glad i did, love the video, love the song, bout the 18th time ive watched it, trying to get all the lyrics down, again im a loser i know. but ive linked this vid to all my friends, and a couple family member ( the ones that would actually catch the good work) and all positive feedback again, Great work, and hope to see more
Anyways, I came across this video while looking for World of Warcraft videos so I wasnt expecting anything great, but I must say, it surpassed my expectations and beyond. Like the other comments before, I have to compliment your actor's acting with the crying and makeup.
The smile on the assaulter's face was also noted, but didnt affect the overall feel of the video.
One question though, I'm curious to hear what inspired you to make this video?
I just listened to the words about being condemned, the religious references, and the fact that he says, "She touched herself" meant that the person he's talking about has to be a girl. Then I just started imagining all the clips just as it is.
Thanks, I'm glad you liked it! :) Actually, the foot is a real broken foot/leg, but everything else was makeup. And I have no idea how the hell you found this from looking at WOW vids.
At the end, when that girl with the glasses is bible-thrusting, the way the images flash along with the drums is very powerful.
The hoodlum with the bible was giggling. It seemed out of place, but I thought it was goofy and much needed.
The fight scene was confusing and jumbled, but I guess that's exactly what one would be like. Nice with the racket beating from above. Crutch? Cr-ouch!
Yah, I love those shots of Doreen crying. She was great at it. The girl with the hat who beats Doreen up did the make up. She went to Drama Camp and learned how to do EXCELLENT stage makeup. The glasses girl, played by Jessie, I guess was just meant to be a lovable character. She doesn't smile after she finds out Doreen got beaten up which is appropriate. Thanks again for your critiques, I'll keep them in mind the next time I make something. :)
Hey, thanks for your constructive criticism! The "hoodlum" did look a little giggly, but we were trying to go for a Christian girl who just beat up a sinner feeling as if it was God's will. So she felt like she did the right just thing. Haha,, yah some of the stuff she was beaten with was really random. :P
This video has nothing against Christians or Christianity. It is simply the hypocrisy of the Christian characters who beat up a girl for being "sinful."
On another note, none of the actors in this video would ever condone gay bashing. Otherwise, they would have not been asked to be a part of this production.

The girl's cry was really believable... as were as her bruises... how'd you do them?
The glasses girl could not keep a straight face. I guess that's understandable though...
A very animated Homo sapien, no doubt... great legs too... just douse those baybays in bread crumbs and KFC'll be out of business in no time!
