How to tattoo video on stencil transfer paper onto the skin.

i just got some element tattoo supplys and i didnt buy Transfer lotion. Never used the stuff. i know it helps transfer the pic but is that it. does it help the transfer stay on the or is that it. and it ther otherways around it.
