get the patched version of dreamscene to show buttons! for vista sides ultimate. just find Vista DreamScene 'patch' for non-Ultimate editions

@SuperGamz Not sure if it's still relevant, but make sure you set your desktop background as Solid black before setting the dreamscene file as your background, That will stop all the problems with font, and odd looking icons on your desktop.

I'm making a background but I need to know a few things about looping. Do I personally have to loop the footage or when I add this to the background, will it auto loop for me?

Windows dreamscene wallpapers will loop automatically,

Dont loop the wallpaper yourself, as you will only double the file size, and slow down your pc.

also make sure to end your wallpaper at an inconspicuous time, so that the loops blend nicely together

@Thanatorr download a program called vlc...look it up on youtube on how to get video wallpaper and you can watch anthing you'd like and have it as a video wallpaper. hope this helps

@elasticrubberband123 yeh i got that dude thanks i have vlc and windows 7 media player has the required codecs too but im just a bit confuzzed on the setting it too a wallpaper if that can happen...

@Thanatorr alright open up vlc go to tools>preferences then go to video..for output on the drop down menu look for direct x (direct draw) video output or something like that and then below that check the enable video wallpaper mode and thats it. Hope you get it buddy.
