The reason Wash D.C. is performing a hostile takeover of the states is because it is a foreign nation, NOT part of the United States of America. The US government (aka Fed gov't) is actually a corporation owned & controlled by foreign bankers and should be called The United States of America, INC.

USA, Inc is NOT the Republic. It is a corporation. And the Federal Reserve Bank is a brand name of a bank owned by the Rothschilds.

Funny how Gov.Perry didn't think the federal government was too big when his predocessor was waging war and supporting the Patriot Act, but when a Democratic president wants to help fund his state's dwindling education fund, he thinks the government is suddenly too big. Interseting how that worked out, huh? I find Gov. Perry to be an embarresment to Texas. I, for one didn't vote for him. To the millions of Texans who did, what the fuck were you guys thinking?

Just look at Florida even counting the 700 billion dollar stimulus spending The Federal government has caused the Florida State budget 23% of all its cost and all of that is in presume of just 8% which the federal government acutely pays.

That's like spending 2 dollars and 87 cents just to not forfeit(to the other States) 1 dollar, taken from us for that propose by the Federal government.

That's crazy, the Federal government should not be able take this money for this reason in the first place.

The Federal government is undermining we the peoples control over our own States, and they are costing us an excessive amount of money, we cant afford this! If the Federal government is going to tax money from we the people then All of that money should be and must be spent on matters of Federal Constitutional responsibility such as defense and border control. Not try to use that money to extent its tendrils of control/blackmail into domestic (State and individual) areas of responsibility.

I think they should let them have their wish... remove all federal funding from the states - see how well that goes for them. idiots. It couldn't mean that.. we should instead declare it all a mistake and become 50 countries.

Each State needs to collect taxes...then give to US Gov. (the Union) according to what the state needs (such as protection from foreign agressors, assistance in a pandemic, VALID research and study...} Each State could make contributions to assist other state when problems occur...such as E.Quake, fires, tornados...) Each State must be separate under a Union. That Union should not control us!

It was more like the EU setup prior to the Civil War, which was fought to change from "These United States" to "The United States". I for one believe that each state has the right to it sovereignty.

They claimed it didn't change, all the Civil War had 2/3rds of the states invade and conquer 1/3 who had already left.

The civil war didn't change the united states legally it just setup a presences by which one might defined it as an empire, rather than a federal republic.

It also could not technically settle the issue of secession.

As a Texan, I commend Gov. Perry for his support of Texas HCR 50, Affirmation of Sovereingty. However, I'm weary of him because of my recent enlightment of him attending a Bilderberg meeting in Instanbul in 2007. He openly admitted it. The Logan Act prohibits any attempt of a US citizen to conduct foreign relations without authority, and is punishable under federal law with imprisonment of up to three years. I'm worried he might be using "Controlled Opposition" tactics to fool us

I cant believe they threw in involuntary servitude with persons male/female ages 18-24, limits on the right to bear arms, federal ability to declare martial law in any states without that states governers approval and many other things that were all tied into the stimulis package... the fed govt is walking all over the constitution and i can see why states are doing this, im from ohio an i hope it passes here
