If you like fish,it should taste like fish, smell like fish( fresh one) if you like less fishy , thats fine. What kind of grass variety do you have on your yard? pretty cool , looks like the alaskan tundra grass that you don't have to be cut.
I always use a dry rub and I don't rinse it off. I have to try the brine thing,,,,maybe I'm missing something? looks so delicious though,,,,,Also,,Try pecan wood,It has a nice touch ,,I have them in my yard,,,,
me too, i know the benefits of eating fish but don't eat enough of it as i'm not a big fan of the taste. Smoking intrigues me in order to make it a little more palatable

I like to remove the red meat off the back. That blood line meat can give the fillets a funky taste.
