Well the video is awesome and you are by far an excellent drummer. In regards to punx and his question on the technique it looks like either heel toe or really fast heel up. I can't quite tell.

It just takes practice. Keep trying to play at a steady beat using one foot, preferable using a metronome so you keep the beat, & over time you'll end up building up your stamina. Remember to practice the other foot also! Hope that helps.
