I hope your f-in kidding about needing a driver mod. That's Olly Clark.....no more needs to be said. He entering corner 10 or more mph than other prepped TA cars. He's driving a soda can with 750whp (850 sprayed). He is running that thing to the jagged edge and bringing it back. His driving ability is un-heard of. So run along now. No they are CF wheels with a magnesium center....not your standard wheel.
