I was looking around on the internet about sleeping and it said like take a warm bath, turn off computers and tv one hour before you go to sleep, and read a book to tired out your eyes. Also what helps for me is i turn the volume down on the tv so its not as loud and just focus myself on breathing(: but your right he should make a video about it:D
