I don't get the hate for mods on this game...because its cheating? You're not competing....all xp and money are shared, and is likely the person with mods will not pick up any of the loot since he/she is able to make his/her own and will get bored of an easy-mode game after a while and move on to another. Even Dead Island which was a similar game with zombies on an island was highly moddable and is relatively new and it's official that you were allowed to mod and play COOP all you want.

Sometime Borderlands just get a flip like that, once online with friends when I was driving in Rust Common East if i remember well and car had low-hp suddenly some spiderant came out and my car just exploded. Funny is that me and my friend was both alive, our HP went 9999 (or even one 9 more) and we became immortal, also the 3rd friend who was at the other part of map while the bug happened. We had to reset the server :)

I think this "full of 9 error" may really exist, it may be not modded game.
