It's because you made him mad. Insane. There;s some option like that, isn't it? Your sim is doing mad things. It;s the same with mine. Mine can also eat dirt and talk to himself (and he enjoyes this very much!!!!!) and jumps in pools with his clothes on and is jogging with his best suit on and so on. Your sim is mad. From birth.

I KNOW! if your sim does not take a shower for a long time(if you calcel the action) he will go to the sink and clan himself
