See, these people are saying H1N1 isn't that bad, but I'm beginning to think that they just like to think that they had H1N1, because when I got it when it was first diagnosed, it was terrible. My fever was so high, it was hard just to get up. Then the coughing threw me out of whack. The stomach issues were teh worst, though, at first I thought I had appendicitis. One of the best things to do is take Zicam or Zinc tablets, which prevents and reduces the cold symptoms. Getting enough sleep, washing your hands (not touching your eyes/mouth) is also a good precaution.

also, hand sanitizer does not kill your germs. what it does is dry up the oils off of your hands so the bacteria will not grow. But the germs are still there. All you are really doing is pretty much rubbing alcohol on your hands. its best to wash your hands with warm water and soap for 20-30 seconds and then use hand sanitizer.
