  • To all douche bags bashing on kids not being able to race, or the parents for letting him, this kid was an athlete learning his passion more n more everyday. how many of you can say u practice ur PASSION? he did. i can only hope to be as good as he was one day. and die the way he did, doing what he loved not many can be so honorable RIP Peter maybe ill have the honor of meeting u one day n race u in heaven one day

  • Peter I miss you.

  • great skills. A shame to see it unfulfilled.

  • 4 people can burn in hell. RIP little man

  • RIP little man God speed

  • I know he died recently which is tragic but I just have a question, how can someone how is not legally old enough to get a license race?

  • @BenjaminWirtz Go to the WERA or USGPRU forums and they can provide you an answer

  • @BenjaminWirtz age on licenses is only a law. Its different in every country. plus, why do you even need a license to ride?

  • @BenjaminWirtz I can provide an answer, did you see the bikes he was riding with and look at the way he was riding around them, they probably had over 100 MPH over him and he was riding rings around them, it just goes to show age and experience are not everything. :)

  • @stevieman38

O I don't doubt that, I was just wondering about the legality of it.

  • @BenjaminWirtz haha Ok then sorry, I didn't understand. :)

  • so sad

  • RIP little guy. you were making us proud.

  • R.I.P Young Gun - from Singapore

  • R.I.P

  • RIP little man. I can't wait for my little boy to throw a leg over his first bike. I can only hope that my little guy has the passion for bikes the way Peter did. Awesome parents for letting their son live his dream. There should be more supporting parents like you. If you are not living, you are just existing.

  • what a talent.

    godspeed, Peter.

    -simpson

  • rip shoya and peter from america

  • wish people would keep their disrespectful comments to themselves, his parents were giving him a chance to really do something with his life that he loved, hes had more excitement in his life than all you haters have had even if you lived for 200 years. R.I.P Peter

  • damn another good one bites da dust....dis little man had more balls dan a lotto machine..RIP lil' dude....

  • brilliant young talent. very sorry to see him go. he lived the dream.

my thoughts are with his family.

  • Now this is how I wanna remember him!! A little 10 kid with more cajones than 99% of prima donna soccer players! RIP Peter n Tomi..!!

  • R.I.P.

  • gran piloto cn muxisimo futuro

    D.E.P peter lenz

  • RIP Pete Lenz... :(

  • Ah man... I wish i had your guts in that age. Straddling a bike and going like a madman. No wonder you and Edwards were friends. :) I'm wishing all related to Peter the best. He left something honoarble behind. Hopefully more young will inherite his courage.

    And Dinosaurs rule! :)

  • I don't like mayo either champ. Peter you were a superstar in the making and the racetrack is where you were meant to be; this footage says it all and was a pleasure to watch. May the parents and family find the strength to continue with their lives after losing this wonderful boy.

  • I LOLd

    R.I.P.

  • RIP and enjoy those tracks upstairs, keep the tyres warm for me :)

  • If you can't just comment on the video without being political all comments will get turned off and that would just be disrespectful. He was an amazing athlete and this footage is great. Thanks for keeping this posted!!!

  • Psalm 18:2

The LORD is my rock, my fortress and my deliverer; my God is my rock, in whom I take refuge. He is my shield and the hornof my salvation, my stronghold

  • @IvaNavia

are you kidding me? any parent wants to see their kid reach their dreams so they will do whatever it is to help make it a reality. obviously the kid wanted to be a top pro rider, whether it's WSBK, GP or the US circuit. without kids starting at a young age, think about all sports - basketball, football, swimming, there would be nothing. i admire peter's abilities and his determination for the sport. sorry to see you go peter, glad you were living your dream! RIP

  • So you people that are ANTI-RACING for young riders think that racers such as Valentino Rossi, Ben Spies, Mat Mladin, The Hayden brothers, Max Biaggi, Jason DiSalvo, Josh Hayes, Elena Myers, Jake Gagne, Colin Edwards, Marco Simoncelli, Jorge Lorezno, Dani Pedrosa, Casey Stoner, Andrea Dovizioso, Leon Haslam, the entire Moto2 and 125 racing paddock shouldn't have ever raced because they were too young??!! Give me a f**king break! These racers wouldn't be at the top racing series in the world if

  • @gtrpimp76 not for their early training like Mr. Peter Lenz. Hell, some of these riders have been riding at ages YOUNGER THAN Peter! And even still, some of these riders that I've mentioned above have won multiple championships (Rossi, Edwards, Spies, Mladin) because of the early training/racing. Most of those names I've listed have or are in the process of winning a championship this season. So do some damn research before some of you start spewing off your armchair politics at us and telling

  • @gtrpimp76 us how our sport should be run. Peter's accident was an unfortunate, but rare occurence that does happen on the racetrack. The sport is not without risks and all of the competitors, parents, families, friends, and sanctioning bodies are well aware of it. In fact, most stickball sports are without risks either! Just look at peewee football!! Are you gonna tell those kids to stop playing and blame all of the parents because their sport is too dangerous as well? Peter was also well

  • @gtrpimp76 trained by Keith Code and his staff of California Superbike School, who themselves trained some of those racers I've mentioned earlier. If they felt Peter Lenz was not capable of racing at his age, Im pretty sure they would've never continued training him!!

  • @gtrpimp76 COMPLETELY AGREE! Couldnt have said it better.

  • R.I.P Peter !

  • Very sad news about Peter.

    RIP young man.

  • most teens that ride in the street cant ride like this . anyone can tell this kid spent a lot of time learing not only ride but to control this bike . rip

  • Requiescat im Pace Peter. We'll miss you.

  • RIP Peter.

You lived a life that I could only dream about.

  • R.I.P Peter.

  • what is the name of the song?

  • Unfortunate things happen in life.....there has been more child deaths in a SCHOOL CLASSROOM than in racing. Peter obviously LOVED what he did, watch his interviews, the boy says it. Blame the parents? YOU PEOPLE are CRAZY!! They have just lost the most important thing to them. That is what is wrong with stuff today...everyone is SCARED to take any risk to ENJOY LIFE or what they LOVE in LIFE. RIP PETER LENZ. You will inspire young rides for years to come. Enjoy that great ride in the sky!

  • I thought I recognised the name when I read about the accident and remember watching this thinking how talented he was.

My thoughts go out to his family and friends, terrible thing to happen at that age.

  • RIP

  • it,s certainly had a reason why he died so early ...God moves in mysterious ways.

  • My condolences to Peter's family and friends. They harbor no blame for letting him live his life to the fullest.

  • RIP!

  • R.I.P. little buddy may you find yourself in leathers on a bike in endless twisties

  • he lived more in 13 years than many people live in 65 or 70 years.

  • the kid was incredible. God speed.

  • RIP

  • RIP Kiddo..

  • PETER SAY HI TO ADAM PETTY FOR ME,IM SURE YOUR BOTH UP THERE RACING ON THAT TRACK MADE OF GOLD.RIP LITTLE RACER.TB

  • all of those riders should be honored to have been passed by a kid with such talent. peter you will always be remembered and now a legend in many minds RIP

  • What amazing talent he had. Good job to mom and dad for letting their child LIVE life to the fullest and to chase his dreams. RIP Peter. I know you would have been a world champion.

  • RIP little guy.

  • RIP , he was a big talent !

  • RIP

  • RIP Little dude

  • R.I.P Kido...

  • ho un nodo in gola ...riposa in pace piccolo campione...correrai anke da lassù cosi!!!! R.I.P

  • @KayfabeUndertaker Go die in a fire.

    RIP, Peter.

  • rip

  • God needed someone to beat Norick Abe,God bless you guys,Say hi to the Dunlops for me,I will see you crazy dudes someday!

  • RIP peter.

  • This Champion passed way before his time. As a rider myself I know he would have been a World Champion. God Bless you Peter and your Family....

  • @tradernorton05

I'm sorry but i think you should be more respectful, his parents did a great job supporting Peter in what he loved, he proved that he was able to overcome great challenges, many of us admire people like him and find them inspirational. He was a little man and definitely a rising star, not just a boy... Life is a challenge and some people actually love to live it but accidents happen.

    R.I.P. Little man.

  • Travel safely to that great race track in the sky, my friend...

  • RIP Young Man!

  • Like his father said he passed doing what he loved, not to many can say that. Oh and if you do believe in reincarnation he'll be back as the next Rainey maybe. Peace to the family an friends.

  • RIP

  • RIP PETER.

  • May he rest in peace. This video shows what an amazing rider he was, THREE YEARS AGO. Flicking off adults on heavier equipment like playground pretenders. This kid was the Real Deal. Ours is a dangerous sport, peeps. Peace and Blessings.

  • @primordialcontext that's the risk u take to be somebody and not just anybody like prb. u

  • RIP

  • rip buddy

  • R.I.P buddy!

  • RIP

  • RIP dude. :-(

  • I was standing at the start finish line today at Indy. For no reason I picked the tiny kid on the 45 bike to win. I figured he slipped on the hot slick track when he didn't arrive to start. I figured the bike was broke. This was shocking to learn. Count me a fan of 45! RIP.

  • R.I.P young racer! U will be greatly missed!

  • @primordialcontext Your an ass!

  • RIP...

  • Hard to believe that he did all that in just 13 years of life, a small legend just faded away

  • ~ Condolences ~

  • @primordialcontext wow wtf is wrong with you? blame the parents? At least the kid had a hobby and a talent unlike most of the kids in the world today who stay home all weekend and play video games. Your probably the type of person who wont let their kids play baseball or football in fear of ur precious child getting hurt. Thats why kids today grow up to be big pussies. This kid was amazing for his age and his parents should be commended for raising the athlete that he was! Asshole!

  • @edawg781 completely agree, not wasting his life, he was living it

  • @edawg781 and now hes dead genius... there u have

  • RIP Peter. God Speed.

  • RIP Peter. God speed.

  • I know it wasn't made as one, but what a great tribute video to this amazing little man. ! Such a loss today.

  • RIP from italy

  • RIP

  • R.I.P Peter. You will be missed.

  • R.I.P. from Spain :-(

  • RIP little guy

  • RIP little man! :(

  • Sad news, this amazing rider has died from injuries in practice this weekend at Indianapolis. He was only the 13.

  • Just heard the news. RIP Peter.

  • RIP from italy

  • RIP. :/

  • RIP, Peter

our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.

  • RIP :-(

  • his bike tops out at 90, which doesn't really matter if hes doing 90 thru the whole track.

he is very talented and wish him much success

  • I cant stop watching this video

  • other than the typos in this vid I can't stress how fresh this is. thumbs up/fav

  • rode with peter at thunderhill on febuary 18th. dirrrrrrrrrrrty little passer..lol awesome rider. I saw this video long before I shared the track with him. When I saw his name on the check in sheet that morning I knew I was in for a big surprise. We rode A group but they were letting him in all the groups.

  • good luck to him but it would of been good to see him amongst his peers so u get a real idea of his talent

  • Damn this kid is bad to the bone. Man he is a natural. Im 42 and he's got more balls than I do. By the way, this is my wifes screen name. So yes I'm a dude not a chick. Back to the kid, keep it going little man you got alot of heart. Can't wait to see you in the future. BE SAFE........

  • @pwalk123 They do that to keep it safe since his bike tops out at 90mph. We all know if he had a 600 or even a 1000, its gonna be one sad sad day for all the other riders. Great riding Peter! I can already see you in a GP and i wish you best of luck. It's a bummer i started racing so late in life : (

  • awesome! looking forward to seeing him play with the big boys soon - he'll be kicking butt!

  • And to think my parents freaked out cause of how I rode my bycicle when I was about his age lol. Good job kid, and keep kicking butt!

  • Peter, para mi es un gran honor saber que en un futuro seras Campeon del mundo y repetiras, impresionante! Sigue asi! Bravoo!

  • he's good, but he's in a beginner group and they don't know a thing....

  • That's not fair having a 200 lb weight advantage. Who does he think he is, Buell 1125 in DMG 600 Sportbike?

  • novice group or not - and I'm sure he'd be spanking most of B group on any given day as well. He simply glides between riders in turns. This really makes me want a little bike! (I'm on a 6) but how fun would a 250 be.

  • Oh my god! Absolutely awesome. Nobody on track can touch him, and he's on a 125? Ridiculous! Just shows you how absurd it is all these guys on 1000's. Yea.

  • looks like novice group from the BP. typical gixxer comment btw. lol

  • HAHAHAHA kid rides hard but whats up with all the nubs? what group where you guys in?

  • First off! this kid is a phenominal rider! and he will be great in the future! the comments in the video were annoying... passing 300 times? thats irrelevant considering the talent of the other riders... in addition to that, the bike he's riding is all about corner speed, so of course he'll be able to pass the the other bigger bikes the course has a lot of tight slow corners and thats where his bike shines. that being said, wonderful riding!

  • thats so cool man i would love to meet him thats insane

  • Get well Soon peter, just read about your get off in Portland. Godspeed

  • wow very impressive! kid has great potential.

    every fathers dream i bet!

  • every mothers nightmare too!

  • Exactly! He's not even my kid and I had a million heart attacks watching this!

  • Peter you rock, we need to get you on an MD250H!

  • in the uk, i think its15 years ol for a gp125, so im guessin the rules are different over there in america :P

  • man, i would be a very proud dad if this was my kid...can you say future ama champion

  • Great Video! I actually saw you at The Streets of Willow Springs on 3-28-09. I was doing Keith Code lvl 1 w/ my 08 R6and to say the least i was extremely impressed!!!

  • i can't believe that he was only 10 years old when the video was made...awesome

  • Lenz, all the wishes for your future career of making guys like me THINK they are fast!

  • 1:30-1:35 put a smile on my face :D

  • Little dude is like a SUPAFLYYYY!!! Damn, he goes like stink :D Loving it.

  • nice riding! you ride like a real man!

  • keep doing what your doing, your gunna be a world champ some day!!!

  • if I didn't like mayonaisse I would weigh 70# also.

  • 3:56

    NO financial support? RLY?

  • That is correct, Peter currently receives strictly product support, he does not receive any cash which is why he needs the help of 22 companies to try and defer the overall cost of his racing which product support doesn't help with (gas, entry fees, airfare, hotels).

  • @minigpx kid is amazing...he reminds me of nicky hayden because they were both extremely talented at a young age. This makes me wanna get on my bike and step my game up lol

He isnt scared of crashing...which is a huge bonus for someone so young...when i was 10...the first time i wrecked my bike, i stayed off of it for three weeks lol

  • couch rides bike great too :)

  • WHAT! no mayonaise?

  • wow!!!!

  • that was a pleasure to watch .looked like he was having a ball. certainly more than he will have once all the corporate bullshit that comes with the stardom he is bound to acheive starts .

  • Whats with all the church goers on the other bikes? Is this the first time on a bike ever for all those other riders?

This vid wasnt produced by Ken Block was it?

Kid has some genuine talent, but get rid of the squids on the track .. that would make him look much better.

    YMMV

  • Video produced by Peter's dad, Michael. Video footage from the Superbike School camera bike.

  • Keep it up Peter..Looking good mate, you could go far..Safe Riding,,, Try to keep it on the black stuff..Well done

  • Very Impressive that bike 4 stroke or 2 stroke ?? Should get him on a honda rs 125 he'll turf with that

  • GTFO!!!!

  • Watch this kid! He's the next generation Rossi.

  • i cant wait to get back to that track again!

  • Has he ever been down at speed yet?

  • He has lowsided a few times, but generally he isn't much of a crasher.

  • But whatever i want to get a course like that;D

  • hell yea but why did they mention that he doesn't like mayonnaise lol interesting idea for finding sponsor.

  • I officially quit riding.

  • whats the song? amazing rider by the way

  • this kid is amazing! wow

  • Hello Red Bull !.. Good Luck!..

  • big ups this kid has skills. littlenubz28 has it right, cant wait to see this kid on a 6

  • Respect!

  • This kid jus like me =D! ive been riding since i was 5 but my parents dint have the nerve to take me to a track so i juss did watever im 16 now with a gixxr 600 k8 so i do my own thing nd if i have money to go to the track ill kneedrag thier=]

  • k... lol

  • my god this vid is sex!

  • he makes it look easy. i can't wait to see him on a 600.

  • You don't like mayo Peter? Haha....Peter, you are a joy to watch, you have a very bright career ahead of you and I look forward to watching you race soon!

  • ...racing nationally and internationally that is.

  • Keith must've given this kid Cheat Code(s). That is a TRUE rider in the making. He'll be a force in GP.

  • Looking good kid. Hope to be watching you on the GP circuit one day.

  • Nice riding.

    Peter dosent like mayonnaise. ROFL

  • Great, effortless form. Very impressive for a 10-yr old. Hope you make it big kid, you got some talent there!
