Under your definition of "natural law" these people should also not allowed to marry. Fortunately, the Supreme court ruled otherwise. Your argument doesn't hold water unless you include the argument that only people that can bare children should be allowed to marry. If your not for same sex marriage, you surely do have something against gay people.

A church is something you choose to be a part of and you choose what you believe in and what you practice. The state should not be allowed to prevent the makings of a family. There is confusion in what people are arguing. Does that make more sense? I feel like the argument is apples and oranges.
