note that if you are a guitar, bass or other instrument player there is a trick I use a lot, download a guitar pro tab that someone has written, delete all tracks except the drum track, export as midi in the EZdrummer midi file and the EZdrummer can play it, an easy way of obtaining a drum track....there are some vids of this on you tube, any way, enjoy

here you go buddy.... once you get the hang of it, its preety darn easy....all you have to do is: 1.open the guitar pro file(by guitar pro obviously) 2. delete all the tracks except the drum track. 3. go to file, export as midi. 4.place the exported midi file in the toontrack folder (on your hard drive) in the midi file, and in the file that says my midi. 5. open EZdrummer, go to ''open grooves'' then select my midi files and there it is

Anyway I just noticed you had earlier commented on this, asking what program was used for recording guitars...I know you didn't ask me but heres my advice for guitar recording anyway :P

When I record guitar tracks I use a Gearbox Toneport. I use the UX2 myself but the UX1 is better. (Continued in next comment)

@darrylportelli The UX1 is cheaper and simpler but its just as good so I'd reccomend that. you can get them on Thomann.com so check it out there :P

it has loads of pre-amp settings for guitar, bass, vocals and all that, so thats definitely what I would reccomend if you're looking to record guitars :P

Oh and in terms of what amp to use...I have the UX2 so I'm not sure the UX1 has this but I use the Spinal Puppet with a bit of reverb and about 3/4 drive. check it out :P Hope this helped. =D

Go into your EZ Drummer folder (something like C:/Program Files/Toontrack/EZDrummer), then, go into EZX_dfh, go sounds, go kick, and then i guess you would replace the WAV files in there with your kick sample, by renaming your kick sample to what names the wav files have in the dfh folder, although it might sound wiered if you only use 1 kick sample to replace the multiple samples in the dfh folder. Same process with snare.

From 0:49 - 1:00 the first snare of each bar has reverb on it and the other snares do not. This is not possible to do in cubase or EZdrumer. It's a fake. Fair enough you made a decent MIDI for the drum part, but the sound is the actual track.
