I actually think that the girl was given a choice, the "white winged girl" or "the black winged woman". It's like choosing the "bad boy" instead of the "nice one". The man she chooses misleads her, and she tries to run away. The nice one gives her a flower, but the man took it. "__ love is a thread that nails me down" sounds like their love is restricting them. She is "emotionally dieing", maybe because she doesn't actually love him. She lets go, and chooses the "white winged" one.

Leon, Lola, and Miriam were the first made, then Meiko and Kaito. All five are considered the first Vocaloids. Luka, Miku, Rin and Len, Gakupo, Sonika, Big Al, Prima, Sweet Ann, Megpoid, SF-A2 Miki, Yuuki Kai, and Kiyoteru Hiyama are part of the Vocalois2 series. personally I consider Lily, Tonio, and Sonika (Chinese edition) to be like a vocaloid3 but whateve xD

No, it is a computer programme that synthesizes a voice, there are quite a few diffrent packages, this is one of them called Luka. Although it is not an anime there is a manga series based on Vocaloids which is named Hatsune Mix whcih is based mainly on the first vocaloid to be made, Hatsune Miku.
