New Millennium Credit Card - Apply For Bank Secured Cards

dont get a new millenium card. not that you can anymore but this bank is going to shit. they cant even keep my balances correct. also the auto payment system i have with them to pay my card each month is messing up now. I owed 99 dollars yet it took out 253 dollars. its really getting bad. my card is fully paid yet for some weird reason my balance available just shot down to 47 even though there's not even any pending transaction coming.

1) what credit card should i apply if i have no credit score?

2) secured credit card is not issued if you have bankruptcy or any kind of abnormal activity on the account..well this is not common but just a heads up..
