I didn't hear anything that made me think it was them, some hints like Geezer's slappy style and a slight hint of Planet Caravan type solo, sounded closer to the Mythology clip I've just listened to ("Spoonful") - but no I can't tell.
I know for a fact this is some czech free jazz band, but I can't for the life of me remember who or what it's called... All I can remember is that the trumpet (or perhaps saxophone) player has no lips or something like that... Shouldn't be hard to find a character like that, yet still it eludes me......
But by NO means is this a 1960's demo, just listen to the bass tone, it's impossible
both are on here. i just added a post one is early morning blues by earth and the other is under Black Sabbath very rare it shows black sabbath live but audio is Earth here is where youll find the pre-sabbath riff sorry not at the end of the blues song which is pretty cool. i also have a song titled thomas james im not sure if its here and i think two more but ones just a different version of another.
it is Earth. pre-Sabbath. I've got it and this is actually a better recording than mine. its not sabbath though, same guys but they havent yet re-invented themselves to the FIRST METAL BAND one song is powder blues that slowly ends in what obviously transformed into their self-titled song one earth song its jazz theres even a long trumpet solo on it.
all you fucking haters... Haven't taken into account that this may indeed be Earth in the bands earliest days! From what I hear, there are some spacy/psychedelic and blues elements! Don't forget that Earth was influenced by the bands that were taking over the rock scene back then like The Jimi Hendrix Experience, The Doors, Cream etc.... Besides it's only a very old fucking demo instrumental! The chill the fuck out !
once i downloaded this song as an Earth demo in the old Audiogalaxy. Sincerely it doens't sound the black sabbath's beggining. But i like very much this instrumental and i wonder who composed that. I wish it was made by Black Sabbath. Someone who knows the procedende of this song tell us!
well said, not Sabbath. listen to the bass, Earth and Sabbath had a VERY chunky bass that sounded almost like a distorted rickenbacker. Iommi always had these captivating riffs that were extremely prevalent in Sabbath that this is lacking
IT'S THEM!!!, they are trying to develop the style of music they want to play.

I've been a huge fan of Iommi's playing for a long time, and i'm 99.9% sure this is not him.
