i am a die hard nationals fan. i live in northeast pennsylvania, and i wish BIlLY TRABER WAZ BACK ON THE TEAM! HE PITCHED BETTER THAN THE BEST!!!!!!! -hes a free agent now- -_-
i'm a diehard cardinals fan but i really like the nationals. ive visited their park and think its awesome. its a shame that most of the games they lose is by only one run. their offense is there, but pitching needs to come through. their a new team, so give em a few years and they'll be a big threat i bet.
dude i have been saying that since day one of the team. i love this team and i am a die hard. we are new in the league really and we have a ton of offensive talent but just not a lot of pitching. ryan zimmerman will lead this team to a divison title in about 5 years
The Nats have been so bad this year and they could have had three All Stars Zimmerman,Guzman, and Adam Dunn. I'm Glad Zimmerman is going though but Dunn gets no love for a guy who has hit 40HR in 5 straight seasons
Ive been a diehard Nats fan since the day rhey came to D.C. and I tel ya, with a solid closer and an ace on this staff the Nats could be WS champs in 5 years because the bats are there
its too bad the nationals crashed and burned this year. if they played like that all year, they could've been contenders. but maybe in future seasons they'll get better. GO NATIONALS!!!!!!!
this video is ridiculously close to my seats... i'm trying to look for me but i think i was a little to the left. btw... THAT WAS AMAZINGLY EPIC!!! haha yea and i like the conversation about walkoffs happening before zimmerman even hits it
I was there too (sect 101)...I just kept saying R U Kidding Me...over and over again. It was surreal. It was like a movie...there really is no other way to describe it. The fact you called it is insane. AWESOME VIDEO!
Formula for a good time (if you're a nats fan): go to your friend's apartment (he's a braves fan), stand there with your arms in the air for about five minutes after the ball leaves the yard. Great seats, btw.
This is an awesome clip, but the video caption is wrong -- bottom of the 9th, not the 10th. (I was there.)

Screw you dude. Their day will come...

Right on, man. We've got the bats, we just need the hurlers and we will be the talk of the National League.
dcbandnerd 2 years ago
Hell yeah. The Nats just need a good GM who can acquire pitching. Manny Acta and the pitching shoudn't be blamed.

I WAS AT THAT GAME!!!!! I loved it. The big problem was after the game when about 700 people trying to get on the Metro at the same damn time.

700, try thousands

One of the best young players in the game right now. Zimmerman will make a run for the silver slugger and gold glove awards this year.

I was there, too. Hollywood-style ending: Bottom of the 9th, 2 out, 1-0 pitch.
If you submitted it to Hollywood, it would read as completely clichéd, no one would find it believable.

awesome job calling the game winner haha!

KP here. It was real. KO has 5 kids and I have 2. WE really don't have the time to sit around and doctor up a video.
I also called the 87 Stock Market Crash and that Michael Jackson would eventually have problems at his Neverland Ranch.

Dude 2: I'll have it.
Dude 1: Huh?
Dude 2: I'll email it to you.

Did the guy in the video call the Homerun out?
00:23 listen

He did. That was my buddy whose camcorder battery just went dead one pitch before the home run. He simply went with Murphy's Law...
