@SPCcranford1056 Dont know th exact reason. There were no trees that were on the line. My best guess would be that the line fell due to a weakened bracket that holds up the line (a few days before this we had high winds). The wind could have weakened the bracket, which caused the line failure.
@ghostdrew1 No not really. He said it was non-primary which probably meant it was a low voltage line. He was far away enough that no electricity would have been "received" by him or his friend. Who knows though? I am not really knowledgeable on electric.... LOL

@tall32guy Lol. Yeah it was a low voltage line. Not quite sure if it was a 120 V or 240 V though.
