  • Eddy will be sadly missed. He was a real character. I still can't really believe he's gone. I know he was only in his 50s but he was what you would call "Old School"...big time.

  • I met the guy once at Little Topar near Broken Hill. Lets just say there was a lot of rail way line on his trailers. He was often with another character called jason Barrett,

    also well known for 'big loads'.

  • I never got to meet Eddie, but I did chat to him on the UHF one night and he was a real character. Eddie should have a place in the Road Transport Hall of Fame. Thanks for posting this video, Bruce. I still have the original video of this on Roadtrain II.
