When a driver wins the Indy 500 he drinks milk. At the time Helio was a 2 time Indy 500 champion (he's now a 3 time champ) that is why they gave him milk.

@jazzalex22 Gotta disagree with you! I thought they were both good, but Mel and Maks...well,, they were easily the best of that season. End of story!!!!!!!! (Actually, we both know that with the 50% viewer participation, whoever wins is largely subjective because people usually aren't voting for the best dancers.)

I find it funny that people claim whoever they liked that lost was "robbed"...last time I checked it was the viewers who vote, not the contestants. I know who I voted for and I know why I did. I voted for Helio, not Julianne, becuase I saw him as the most improved, with no experience at all. Go Helio!

I know everyone thinks Mel should of won, but who cares now? It was 6 seasons ago.

I hate to say it, but Mel was sort of a sore loser when Helio won. I love both Mel and Helio, but Helio had more personality and people like personality. And the fact he had a higher freestyle score. It was said last season that usually whoever has the highest freestyle score is the one who wins the show. :/

@starrbeatlesqueen I have to agree I voted for Helio and Julianne because overall they were the most enertaining for me even from their first dance the foxtrot. Still think sabrina and mark should have made the finals over Maria, but hey nothing you can do about that now.

I love the fact that if Derek wins Mark, Corky, or Julliane are the first out there to congratulate him and the same for mark too, Julliane, Derek and Corky were the first ones out there, and the same goes for Julliane. Thats true friendship and family right there.

when the final three were getting interveiwed, Helio was going to say something about Julianne but never got to finish cause the others cut him off. I swore I thought he wa gunna propose or something, whatever. I just wish I knew what he was gunna say. Does anyone else know what i am talking about?

I voted and I know who I gave my votes to. I voted for a lot of different couples through the 10 weeks. Whoever I believed were the better couple or couples. I voted for Helio and Julianne as a dancing couple and I thought they were great and their dances touched me more and I thought that Helio did wonderful. So there. lol
