  • scorpions with big pincers like that usually aren't the very toxic ones as you can tell their main defence/offence is their pincers. unlike the little clawed ones. they will always use their tail (to a certain degree ofcourse lol)

  • @Cabal2600 first of all scorpions all ways have horrible vision dayand night they use sensitive hairs all over their bodies and we have known why they have glown for years they have a natural fluresence in their exoskeleton so dont try to act smart when ur not in all actuality

  • One way to deal with it... SQUISH IT!

  • emperor scorpions are not very aggressive . hes probably just aggitated and feeling threatened by your size and how much your messing with him. scorpions are ancient. since dinosaur time. they really dont have alot of energy to keep up a long drawn out fight thats why they have stingers. they will use them if they cant avoid conflict.

  • the scorpion is like hey there, nice weather we having, buel I got to work bye, Hey! Get out my way! I sting you now

  • mines wayyyyyyyyyy bigger

  • Yea that's awesome go eat more scorpions

  • lol I'd be wear boots inThailand, there are way too many poisonous things crawling around over there to be wearing sandals.

  • I feel something on my foot...

  • omg that was the cutest thing in the world! Haha... why did you call it "nasty"? I like how it was just peacefully going about it's way and it felt pestered that this GIANT with a hard stick was blocking it's way. XD Hahahaha... terribly cute! I loved the video. I'm also glad that you took it away from the road... lest it may get squashed. :(

  • they are aracnids and not poisonous

  • @jnpedrozam All Scorpions are poisonous. Derp.

  • dude are u insane why r u walking 2words it

  • MOVE YOUR FECKING FEET!

  • step on it :D

  • only on your plate!?

  • Lol he is after you

  • those are not poisonous

  • its actually better if a scorpion is bigger. the littler ones are the most poisinous and deadlious

  • sandking! wow... i t could use dagger and try to ulti your feet haha n_n

  • Thumbs up if you wanted him to get stinged!

  • they have 8 legs, could they be part spider???

  • @gmodman999 scorpions and spiders are both arachnids

  • H. longimanus or spinifer. 99.99% sure. in that case they couldn't hurt you at all. very very weak venom for the both of those species.

  • ..the one you ATE!?

  • @outbreak201 scorpions and tarantulas are eaten regularly in thailand and other se asian countries. so are grasshoppers certain caterpillars and giant water bugs. i tried grasshoppers and giant water bugs fried with chilli sauce.taste like prawn.

  • thats cool man you can acctually get pets of these :)

  • let me get this strait you ate a scorpion

  • on your plate!? O.O

  • that was better than porn!

  • I freakin love watching this and then getting a mysterious pain in my foot. .__.

  • Imagine waking up with 1 of these guys next to you..!

  • Imagine waking up with 1 of these bastards next to you..!

  • wow..... very cool dont come to me!

    xD lol very funny

  • I normally don't see these around my house in Nakhon Sawan until after it rains then there are hundreds of them out on the street and in my drive way. The little kids take their bikes and ride around crushing them like I did to June bugs when I was little.

BTW - They are aroi mak mak !

  • Bunch of geniuses posting on here eh? lol

  • It must feel like such a badass.

  • they know the difference between live and dead things and will usually sting you quickly if you don't know how to handle them, cool vid

  • The size of a scorpion has nothing to do with how poisonous it is (even though in the US, the most poisonous ones does happen to be a small one). Ratio of pincer and tail size is somewhat of an indicator though - a scorpion with a thin tail and fat pincers relies mostly on its pincers and is less likely to be dangerous. One with a fat tail and thinner pincers relies more on its sting/venom in hunting, and is more likely to have a potent venom.

  • "Don't come to me!"

Got a good laugh at that.

Anyway, look at the size of the claws on that, and I thought my Emp's were big.

  • on your plate? ok so i found a tiny one in texas that i squished

  • if i found one, i will kill it real quick, i hate that shit, they sting me before hurts a lot

  • Crush it wid a brick!!

  • hate to tell you m8 it not poisonous to humans it only like a bee sting,it is either longimanus or spinifer species, mite be wrong but sure cause got 9 different species of scorpions including the awsome swammidami which are huge!

  • hahaha except on my plate

  • @dukas420 The bigger they are the less poisonous they are but also the other way ...

  • Let me just mess around with it, see if it stings.lol

  • the smaller they are the more venomous they are

  • @teza95 not really... I see that "rule" mentioned a lot but it's oversimplified. the most dangerous species (androctonus spp. and l.quin) are medium-sized. plenty of tiny species are harmless. it is true that there aren't any dangerous LARGE species, though.

a better rule would be that large, meaty claws = weak venom, but even that isn't really 100% true. There are only about a dozen species with any medical significance, easier to just memorize them

  • Damn bro. That scorpion looks highly dangerous and most breeds are poisonous. I am glad you took caution. Nice footage of wild life in thailand. I am digging these videos of yours. Good show!

  • Its a black scorpoin from tailand that can fly and can rip off his tail and even trow it to ppl, I'd rather not be there

  • @Ro0key What? lol

  • I heard that if you let one sting you, it increases your virility a thousand fold!

  • it's asian forest scorpion

  • @hamiltonrrw Poison if ingested and venom if its in the blood stream right.

  • Got one as a pet, don't know if its a girl or a guy, its fat... Not sure if its pregnant or not... o_o

  • Scorpinox terrorize!~

  • Lololololol i would even go 50 meters close with those sandals on ......AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA

  • Those pincers look huge compared to its body.

  • Eeeeeeekkkkkkkkk!!!

  • nice quality, cool scorpion

  • @TheBeefybri

    lol, you're amazed by that?

  • spooky

  • put any alchol on it and it will kill itself

  • @skievl23 thats so mean why would you do that?

  • @skievl23

    No, that's a myth

  • @junibb I ate a lobster, tasted like chicken.

  • I'm going to Thailand In october.. Do many people get hurt from animals in thailand?

  • @DavidAndRhys very, VERY few.

  • Is he going to the road?

  • You should have cooked it and then eat it with some chili..

It tastes like chicken wings :D

  • if i throw a pokeball at it can i capture it or would i need to take its hp down a bit or tire it out before i can capture it coz i dont wanna use my master ball on it plz

  • @RebirthWoWGuild god your dumb

  • Giant centipedes are wayyyyyyyyyy more dangerous than them

  • Kill it!

  • Next time place ur big toe at the tail and agitate it - it will be nice for U

    =)

  • they make great pets you should have caught him.

  • it's a Heterometrus species, probably Spinifer or Swammerdami. not an emperor, they live in tropical areas of Africa (NOT the deserts, although Hollywood loves putting big black forest species in their desert movies for no reason)

anyway, it's harmless to humans. leave it alone, it's eating annoying insects and spiders.

btw there's no such thing as a non-venomous scorpion. every species is venomous but most are just painful and not a health risk.

also poison = consumed, venom = injected.

  • WHAT PLATE DO U HAVE

  • ):33 " don't come to me!" LMFAO

  • The age old riddle

So why did the scorpion cross the road???

  • The smaller the claws the less poisinous the scorpion will be,

so if you see a small corion or one with small claws dont let him sting you!!

adults are les vulnerable becuse is is weight based: for children and older people it can be deadly ...

  • omg i would run if that scorpion was going to sting me at 0:36 !!!!!!

  • Dude, u're saying that they are nasty things while u ate one O_o

  • my girlfriend can wait, this scorpion's cool!

  • ok seriously... was it tasty??? o0

  • It would be funny if he got hit by a car at the end

  • bet you wont pick it up

  • 0:32 lol,dont come to me :D

  • lol,dont come to me!!

  • thats not that poisonous . its an emperor scorpion .. am i right ?

  • @KAMUMAY i dont think that is a emperor, these are thiland cresent walkers im pretty sure, they are poiseonus but not deadly, the guys is just exageriating.

  • @KAMUMAY No thats not an emperor

  • big the non kill smaller they will kill you

  • If that thing stings you in the nuts... god help you.

  • @2TRUgamer hah i feel the same way

  • @2TRUgamer I feel the same way too. Maybe its the 'scorpio' in me that makes me feel kinda of a cool astrological bond with them :P or the fact that spiders can jump 0.o dont think ive ever seen or heard of a scorpion that can jump like some spiders can.

  • Looks like an emperor scorpion to me. They're not poisonous in the sense that a sting will kill you, it'll still hurt like hell. You can tell how dangerous a scorpion's venom is by the size of their front pincers, the more thin they are the more poisonous the scorpion is (true in MOST cases).

  • @freedan1041 well in this case the pincers ARE thin so i guess it is poisonous

  • @gunspinner101 thin... you should have seen how do thin pincers look like. those are pretty massive. look at their size in comparison to the body. P.S. all scorpions are poisonus.

  • they are all over southern cali and arizona

  • its actually not a dangerous scorpion. the larger the claws generally the less dangerous the scorpion. only species from the family buthidae have dangerous stings and most of those are confined to africa. it looks like a relative to the emperor scorpion or asian forest scorpion which both are completely harmless and their sting is like a bad wasp sting so i would thing this guy is the same.

  • SNACKS!

    give them to him.

  • I hear them cars in the background... what did he try to commit suicide?

  • you should of kept it as pet

  • @6Gio19 Yeah, and then what? Why do people think keeping things as a pet means something? What are you going to do with it? For me, once I feed it, see it shat, watch it walk around a few times - shoot photos, videos... I'm done. What the hell else is there to do with an animal in a box? Catch it - study it - document it - and let it go. I don't get the whole idea of "pets".

  • you should of kept it as pet

  • honestly if i saw that i would shit my pants

  • " i wonder if i should stop it from going into that house ? i dont know. "

  • Asian Forest Scorpion...

  • humans are funny, he has no problem eating one, but he is willing to help one cross the road to safty..................

  • i would be pissed to if someone was calling me nasty and shoving me with a stick

  • i would be pissed to if someone was calling me nasty and shoving me with a stick

  • i would be pissed to if someone was calling me nasty and shoving me with a stick

  • the smaller the scorpion is the more venomous it is

  • I would shit a brick of i saw that thing near me

  • Nice this scorpian looks awsome,i bet he would hurt if he stung you lol

  • Looks like Heterometrus Longimanus

  • @RockinGecko there's always one... and 6 more.

  • @RockinGecko if your gonna write in scientific name do it right. species goes in lower cap :P God i hated my zoology professor.

  • if you get stong by a big one keep it to your self but if its a small one dont keep it a secret

  • Venomous, not poisonous! :)
