Gunapie, I don't know if Dharma has become a religion. I will though go out on a limb and bet

that the original Jewish guys didn't separate the sexes just to annoy you 5000 years into the future. I am also going to bet that in 500 years technology will produce a device that our offspring will use to verify the science behind Sisters circling a pujub table while the Brothers are circling the Sister all the while singing Baba Nam Kevalam.

Yes, also Jewish Synagogue, Muslim Mosks ect. have separation of male and females.

Dharma is actually four major religions, Hinduism, Buddhism, Sikhism and Jainism. The name of institutional religions is ruined by the western traditions. where Muslims believe only their beliefs are true where Christians belive only thier word is true, and likewise for Judaism who are supposedly Gods chosen people. Dharmic religions have no such thought, we follow the ways of our masters but arent ignorant of others also.
