How did you get Blaze in her Red costume?

@SamanthaMedia I used an IPS patch on an emulated version of the game. It uses the colors from Bare Knuckle 3 (Streets of Rage 3's japanese counterpart) for Axel, Blaze, and Skate/Sammy.
