You probably won't have to wait any longer, little guy. It looks like there's going to be an NBA season after all! Yay! I have felt your pain too. Also, may I just say you are just too cute and adorable!
i feel your pain.. watching the NBA finals of Lebron makes me sick to my stomach. Only thing that can make it better is another year to see if it happens again :'(
@Arun999 Actually I was a Celtics fan during the worst years way before Garnett and Allen came to Boston. And the Lakers played a West Coast offense so yeah they were more exciting if you liked a fast paced offensive team. But I hate the Lakers so unless they're losing they aren't exciting to watch.
i feel the same way as this kid....just not expressing it as much as him...i feel bad for all the little kids out there who love watching NBA because i know when i was that age, i was obsessed with it. and i still am kinda
I 100% agree with this kid. I can't stand the lockout and the Hardwood Classics. I'm getting sick of seeing MJ winning NBA Finals games over and over. Or seeing the Rockets, Jazz, Spurs, or Bulls every night. Basketball in the 90's was so boring.
@bostonbball34...for a celtic fan maybe... but since you guys landed garnett in 2008 suddenly basketball became your prime interest. and here is something you guys will never get over..... the lakers was always the more exciting team to watch..
I must say, you have one fabulous son there. He definitely represents all of the NBA fans out there...... And trust me little man, we are all tired of the Hardwood Classics....
Sorry to say but even if David Stern himself saw this video it probably wouldn't matter to him, because the NBA is just another soulless corporation that only cares about the money and not about how anybody feels. That whole "NBA Cares" program is just something they do to make their greedy company look good in the public eye.
I was 7 years old when the 1998 NBA lockout happened, I was a big NBA fan back then too, I was more patient and had more faith back then that the season was going to come back, heh it did. I probably understand why your son might be angry though.
Hey there. I'm his dad (this is the 1st time I've posted a video on You Tube). It is indeed an authentic reaction. Walked in on it mid-tantrum after work a couple of weeks ago. He is truly obsessed with the NBA. Makes me print out random team rosters from random years so he can look at all of the players. Today in fact, he asked for the 2006 New Jersey Nets roster. He's going as Jerry West for Halloween.
Was this really this kid, or was he coached to say this? If it was really him, then man oh man. He really cares about the NBA, even at a young age. But I am sick of waiting as well, little buddy.
