  • Exactly...please read and understand your apartment lease completely before signing the dotted line. If you have any questions, ask! If the prospective renter does not want to answers or gives you a hard time, that's a red flag and a cue that you should start looking elsewhere.

  • Unfortunately people DON'T read the lease before signing and when things go worng they blame the apartment complex. READ YOUR LEASE PEOPLE. Don't believe me just look at my video that I uploaded on my channel.
