It sounded like someone would drop a marble and let it bounce and then it would slide. We would also hear furniture being moved. It was the strangest thing.

@thatgirlkelly1 well it's been proven that the marble sounds come from movement in water pipes. moving furniture is also pretty common especially in close quarter flats where sound echoes faster and further within the walls than in air.

but if it's a terrace house with nothing but an attic above you, then it's probably a ghost. :)
