I have been trying to get motivated for a local half marathon that's coming up. I think I'll give this a shot and see how it pans out....

Marius Bakken has an excellent program for new runners. I was lost when I started training for marathons. Now I base my whole running regiment from his teachings..Cheers and happy running....Keela
