(Short Version) Tour of 42' Krogen Widebody on Puget Sound

Hey- I look at this almost daily. Sorry to be a stalker. My wife and I are planning on doing the great loop and heading out it 2012. We are looking at a 80's vintage Kadey 42'. You highly recommend them?

@studioboomershine I highly recomment them. If it's been well maintained an 80's will still be great, although it will be fairly different than ours in the video, which is a 1997. Great boat. I'll have another video up in a day or two.

@studioboomershine We're also hoping for a 2012 loop trip. (Our first loop) Haven't picked out our boat yet, so many choices. The Krogen is a beautiful vessel!

@Hvirenfeldt In this video we're doing about 7 knots, which is pulled back a little bit. Normal cruise is between 7.5 and 8.5 knots. At those normal RPM's we're burning slightly over 1.5 gallons an hour, and long range cruise is 6 knots, which results in as little as .9 gallons an hour. Krogen advertises that this burn will give you a range of 5,000 nautical miles.
