I like this beer at the moment a fresh clean taste with nice amount of fizz so easy to drink without any harsh twang or after taste like you get with stella
Thanks for the review. Bit disapointed with your choice of glass though. It was so wide, you could fit the Titanic in there. The way in which you poured the beer, and your choice in glass meant there was never going to be a decent head on the beer. You left it looking flat and unattractive. Peroni glasses (as are many other beer glasses) are nucleated, ensuring a tighter head and slower release of the bubbles. Each beer (like many wines) can look much better in the correct glass !
That glass doesn't look very Italian. And you need to talk more with your hands to describe it and other stereotypes... It is actually very good in a frosted mug, I think, but you don't get that in an Italian restaraunt, which is where I usually have this beer... It's not very light, so when I have it with a heavy white sauce dish, it can bog me down a little... my stomach is small because when I was a kid I ate a bag of those inflating dino eggs for the bathtub, I order 7 piece McNuggits.
lived on the Nastro for 8 months while bartending in rome...not much food....but a lot of Nastro....and a lot of espresso...good stuff hard to find here...reg peroni easy but the nastro in the green bottle don't see much of.
