@atomichead777 Yes this was the Punisher in his truest form! There's a couple of hokey scenes mainly that involves Det.Martin Soap & Jigsaw But Stevenson NAILED the role of Frank Castle perfectly!

this film looks shit every thing about it looks shit. people sayin otherwise are lying to themselves. its alright to have hope, ive hoped for good punisher since lungren fucked it up, but even the trailer for his version looks better than this. if a trailer is disigned to grab your attention dis didn't. jane's movie may not hav been to loyal to the source but least it looked like they tried to make a good movie. this trailer is just dull crap and has nothing we havn't seen before a hundred times

Thomas Jane was a badass, sad that the movie didn't live up to people's expectations. To me it was ok and Jane made it even better. Idk about this guy playing the punisher, haven't seen much of his work.

Why would it need to have all those special effects? The Punisher is one of tha few Marvel characters that doesnt require CGI to make the film imo I think it will do well but it wont grab people like tha Hulk or Iron Man but hell its a comic book movie we need some good ones!!! After shit like Tank Girl,etc in tha early and mid 9o's Hollywood backed off comic movies then after X-Men they was buyin every propery they could some hit some misses!!
