liver failure and Cirrhosis of the liver

@PoeticSerendipity1 The video never once stated that Alcohol is the only cause of cirrhosis. This was the Alcohol portion of our report. I know alcohol is not the only cause due to the fact that in the video I state that my Grandfather had a heart attack and his medication caused his cirrhosis. I also have had a cousin and great grandfather die of cirrhosis which WAS CAUSED BY ALCOHOL! I also have an aunts that have a fatty liver due to being over weight.

also, when we did this report, our grade was based on the opinion of a person who has a Masters degree in BioChemistry and left Medical school to teach, so I'm pretty sure those of us who has done the research and been given a perfect score on the project, and those who know what it's like, know more than some youtube junky! wouldn't you think so?

OKAY! Good Grief, this was the alcohol portion of our project....Good Grief People We had about a 100 minute presentation of the Liver, I think we know about it! Alcohol, is one of the biggest causes of Cirrhosis, ask a doctor, they'll tell you that Alcohol is probably the biggest cause, and I list the rest of the causes in the video dipstick! So, if you're going to be opinionated don't be an idiot!

Ummm... alcohol abuse is not the only cause of Cirrhosis of the liver.

You can have Cirrhosis and have never abused alcohol at all.

Only a moron would believe that Cirrhosis was God's way of punishing people for being drunks.

okay, I don't know who you are, but we did our research, in fact, we did research for a whole semester. If you don't think Liver Disease is bad, you are an idiot! Cirrhotic liver is mainly caused by Alcohol abuse, if you actually watch the video, we talk about other causes of Liver Disease.

And yes, it was made to bring awareness, and also for our Advanced A&P class.

Adriene007, this wasn't made about basic liver disease, it was made about alcohol induced liver disease! DO YOUR RESEARCH!

Liver disease is not nasty or bad. The stages of liver disease do not begin with fatty liver, and you need to specifically tell your viewers that your video is aimed towards alcohol abuse. It completely leaves out autoimmune liver disease.

Your video is a disservice for people with liver disease. Get educated before you do any more damage to the world's view or your liver.
