Use the on use trinket as BM and macro it into beastial wrath, always put hunters mark up on your kill target for the RAP buff for pet;you will really see ridiculous numbers come off your screen, especially on mages. I was hitting mages for 30K+ kill commands in S9 gear, with full S11 gear you should see some really ridiculous numbers. A new set of gear is coming out next week that will be better than S10 gear, and there is no difference between elite and normal gear except weapon.

I'm assuming you haven't played bm much this expansion so I'm going to give you a little advice. You need to use a spirit beast,there's really no other option, find a bind for widow venom and use a spirit beast cat, you're hurting your damage by not using one. Move the 2 points from kindred spirits and put them in killing streak and if you're going to play bm in arena you need to move your pts from the marks tree to the survial tree, not having entrapment will be a major pain vs melee.
