Thanks for the update..... I'm kinda glad seems like a little less videos and more time training.. Believe me i would watch them all day but It looks like his training camps are paying off and adapting to the lighter weight really good. @BDuv1 he had surgery because it was broken so many times. he coudnt breath out of his nose so thats why his cardio wasnt amazing. breathing out of your nose is 30% of your cardio. thats why he looked good against bisping. the dudes at 205 are too big for wanderlei. everyone at 205 in pride was wanderleis size, but the ufc has big dudes now so he went down to 185.
