AHhhh... it feels sooo wonderful to be out in the world and just feel relaxed and present as awareness. It's occurring more and more often for "me", which is very nice, because pretty much my whole life I've been very self-conscious, repressed, rigid, and even paranoid while out engaging in the world!
Hope you do more of these. It's much better than sitting in a room all the time and talking. I do enjoy that, but this was great being outside in the real world! Meeting the people. Seeing the world. Nice of you to share a part of your day.
