This prepared me for what's in store for tomorrow. Fixing aunt's filthy bathroom & kitchen sink so she can shower, meditate & wash things properly. Hasn't been able to do so in months & we're not sure (don't wanna know) how she's handled things in the meantime. Her dog also needs a bath & trim, poor thing. She has room for Mama & Beth & wouldn't compete for the drugs, so send them up and give yourself a needed break!

I focus on what I can do to make my dog and myself healthier and my environment less bacteriological despite mom and Beth's jeers that I am a germaphobe. I scald dishes, sweep, vacuum, mop, bleach countertops and toilets despite the Jabbas. Let them be sick and filthy all the time. That's their choice.
