yes, I do realize that. I put it in there because turtles like to hide and they don't really have many things for turtles. Everything else we had made for turtle he would get stuck in and to me that is not safe. Could have done without the dumb-ass comment though :)

actually i do think it is made for aquariums, becuase there are some that are plastic with little holes to let the air out, i have one and im debating about putting it in my tank. the wooden half logs arent for water though. by the way i have the same kind of turtle as you
