@Finbarheerlen Dead right, but on stage, you do have to play a bit more what an audience wants. In a session they can let rip at full pace all night. It also gives other musicians a chance to join in. This particular night is run by a local band, who open up the "stage" to any visiting performers.

@Donneczka1 Its actually not a bad session with local players from groups letting their hair down. It is generally worth a visit if you are in the area.
