  • Lowell died to soon.

  • "The violin, Lowell must be spinning in his grave. My God what a tragedy."

Naw, he's lovin' it as it is his living breathing growing and changing legacy--some better some worse. He'd be changing it up himself were he still here--although I agree the violin and more country-ish slant sucks and I doubt he'd do that. RIP Lowell. We miss your talent--especially that slide guitar. Man, no one's come up to take that mantle in all these years. Truly a loss.

  • Recovering beatnik/hippie, old as dirt, over 30 @ APF and Woodstock ergo untrustworthy, stoned from '69 to '79 (what 70's?) and whenever i hit the road again will still always be Willin'. God bless you and LG and LF and hopefully me.

  • The violin, Lowell must be spinning in his grave. My God what a tragedy.

  • Who wrote this tune?

  • The greatest singer, songwriter and slide guitarist that ever lived. The great Lowell George. Listen to the first 5 Little Feat albums and be educated my man.

  • So give me a URL that you think displays his best guitar work?

  • very nice.

I am also a middle aged yuppie hedonist liberal pot smoking Bush hater.
