tell your friend to stop using K Bison, as you can see he loses to Blanka pretty badly if he can't JD. Use Sagat, Cammy or some other top tiers in K groove. For N groove, I would use Iori, Blanka, Sagat, or Chun Li. Iori would be good for battery, Chun/Blanka would be good for user, and Sagat is good for anchor.
