Cheryl is an amazingly wonderful songwriter that almost nobody has ever heard of. But that's their loss. For me, she's always at her songwriting and singing best when exploring affairs of the heart.

Cheryl has written so many truly great songs. I have been looking for "Addicted", written by Cheryl and sung by Dan Seals. I've also heard Cheryl sing it, but for some reason, no one on youtube seems to have a copy of it.

In essence She was talking about dating a past partner of a good friend, and the friend felt betrayed, although that relationship had been over.
