i watched one of my friends shoot them self... i have yet to be okay from it.. and i have thought many times about doing suicide myself.. the biggest thing that has been stopping me is knowing how much pain i am in from my friend kill them self.. i can only imagine what it would do to my friends if i did the same.

Reminds me of a real good friend of mine back in the Corps. While deployed he learned that his family was killed in a car crash. hit by a semi truck in an intersection. He had lovely wife and an adorable little girl. I noticed his behavior and self confidence was rapidly changing. while back at the FOB i pulled him aside and talked to him. He admitted of wanting to kill himself. 3 months later when we got back home we celebrated the life his family had. Its been little over a year since.
Man that was sad. But for the people who keep saying that people who commit or even attempt suicide are selfish, they aren't. Just because you have enough awareness of the consequences, doesn't mean everyone who even considers suicide does. People who commit suicide have problems and feel like no one in the world can help them or they feel like a burden. Don't judge them, that's usually what drives them to suicide. Respect that they were troubled and try to help others in need who might do that.

This is true, I never knew how many people loved me until I attempted suicide for the 5th time, nearly died and was in the hospital for 3 weeks. My teachers, grandparents, aunts and uncles actually flew across the US to see me, and my parents were always by my side. People really do love you more then you know.

I do think before I say things. I have the utmost of respect and compassion for people who take action and seek help. For ppl who wait for others to read their minds, and wallow in their own despair until they kill themselves, I have no respect. They have taken a coward's way out and deserve a coward's rememberance. I know more than I would care to on this subject. So no, I won't feel sorry for them. I will scorn them and save my respect for ppl who have the courage to rise above themselves.

My friend Katrina Bitters Killed herself September 5th 08 . She hung herself in her laundry room. I miss her so much. She always wanted to come live with me or stay a while i told her she could but she never got to...R.i.P Kitty! I love you!

im kinda in tears cuz i use to think my brother use to not like me but wen i went to the csrnival with my cuzznt val david was upset about it my bro and my mom showed me the text he wrote telling her how much he loved me and rite wen it said in the video,"no matter what your told, you are loved more then you know" that really effected me and i realized he does love me more then i ever knew.
