How do you do the Chidori Spear with (Taka) Sasuke. I've seen it done but I don't know how (NOT CHIDORI BLADE Where you do Y + B and hold B.)

But never once had I mentioned Ultimate Ninjutsu and if I wanted to mention it then I would have said "Ultimate Ninjutsu" instead of Ougi since ( ultimate technique =/= ultimate ninjutsu since technique =/= ninjutsu ). Anyway everybody knows that in NSUNS2, we can't do ultimates in awakened states anymore so the alternative ( normal ninjutsu ) was implied

@BlazinBobs Oh,dont waste the chakra mid combo,it has WAY too much startup time for a combo. Unless you get the dizzy from a guardbreak,or hit them when they whiff something with large recovery. Oh,and if you fight Suigetsu,he is sooooo free with Kirin Sasuke. BTW,you can combo his Ultimite from his up combo while they're falling. Keep in mind they can still sub the ultimate.

I think they should have put all the hokage, the sound ninja 5 and all the vesions of Naruto's generation in this game as playable characters in free play but other than that the list of characters is pretty damn good I would say.

The Shi-Shi renden's a throw and the Katon in Akatsuki uniform's a combo but the normal costume Sasuke can use it and it looks like it is a chargeble jutsu, Kirin has been shown in a gameplay vid so it has been confirmed as a free to use ougi.

I hope it will be the ougi of Sasuke in its black clothes. You know, Naruto changed of ougi when he changed cloths in the first Storm, so why not would Kirin be the ougi of another clothing of Sasuke, the onw in which he battles Itachi?
