There's no special meaning when Naruto says dattebayo, its just a word that is used at the end of his sentences and the "definition" of the word differs depending on the sentence. I was trying to give u an example to really clarify things up, but I thought it would in return, make things more complicated. You know how there are certain words of phrases that are difficult to translate from one language to another, this is one of those...
