  • One thing he's right on is that as an American, he has a right to due process. According to the 14th Amendment to the Constitution of the United States, "Any person may not be deprived of life, liberty, or property without due process of law." Meaning, he has a right to be heard, and a right to defend himself. He was put on trial by a governing body without being allowed to defend himself. That violates the constitution. I'm not a fan of Blago, but I am a fan of the constitution of the USA.
