@RatchetClankFan1996 25 FPS? Maybe at most 30-35 but it should be okay to play my old computer had an ATI Radeonh HD 2600 XT With a Intel Celeron 3.46 GHz processor single core and it ran at a usual 20-25 fps rate

@liandriunreal NO IT IS NOT.. if you have the best dual core and the best graphics card whilst playing gta iv.. then you will not be able to play with good fps.. but if you have the best quad core cpu money can buy.. you can play gta iv with onboard graphics if u have a quad core

well this may come late, but if you want some hardcore gaming get ready to spend a few hundreds. If you want to be able to run this game decently, any dual core CPU and a 4770 will do perfectly. If you want to run it on highest settings get a high end dual core or a quad core, and get at least a radeon HD 4850 like the one on this video or a better one (5970 beats all of them).

if you wanna run games like counter-strike source,left 4 dead, or left 4 dead 2. They all use dxlevel 9. So if you get a 4850 which has dx10 then your good

yeah its 3.0 GHz nvm i already have the game it runs at a constant 75 frames like yours, but thats only because i have vsync on if i turn it off it go's much higher, but i dident try it yet

i know i can run it with my maxed out imac cuz im getting the same video card and the imac supports it very well (above the windows gaming amount of support) and ur pc must be gud if u cn record it in hd and get 35 fps when frapsing
