Actually Shikomoro in certain extent is more swahili in the structure of the language itself. I am very convinced that it is swahili dialect.

The first song Hima is sung in ShiKomor or Comorian, a language in the swahili family.
The 2nd song is "Kweli II" -- Nawal is singing in Comorian and then starts a sufi chant in Arabic combines with dzikr which continues to the end.
These recordings were filmed in 2005. Nawal is accompanied by Idriss Mlanao on Contrabass and Melissa Cara Rigoli on mbira and percussion.

Is that Arabic or Swahili ? I mean Swahili and Arabic are related but the first song sounds more Swahili in my opinion.
