  • Where do you dumbasses think the pet birds come from. Better here than poached from the wild. It doesnt look the cleanest, but there is nowhere near enough evidence to suggest anything else. You cant force a parrot to breed either.

  • @twostepoz - "Better than being poached from the wild", no. It is exactly as bad. And one evil does not justificate another, perhaps lesser, evil.

There is NO excuse for how the situation of parrots look today. Only people who want money, money, money.

  • Okay; first off...

Do you know anything about breeding birds? At all?

I know how long they live. I breed them. I probably know WAY more than you do :|

I honestly can say that there isn't that many birds there. I know people with like hundreds of cockatiels. I see at most 15 pairs of birds in there. Which is not grounds for a mill. You cannot call this place a mill unless you see how the babies are treated. Mills are for pure profit and would have way more than just one pair per breed of bird.

  • @eande4e Do you need a license to breed hyacinth macaws in New Jersey?????????????pplease answer

  • not all breeders are like that and keep parrots like that .

  • Anybody who "buys" a baby parrot is ignorant and has unnatural needs.

I hope one day captive bird breeding is not allowed. Birds don't like being crammed in a cage.

If you want any kind of pet, including a parrot, just "rehome" a bird off of petfinder or google pet adoption to find one needing a home.

People have gotten so greedy and now even parrots have to suffer.

  • That place is EVIL!!!

I have a 12 yr old macaw that I adopted from an elderly couple. Adopted/handed down kinds of macaws that NEED homes should be pet birds IF the caregiver can give their time, devotion and have the financial means to have a proper cage/home.

Anyone wanting a baby parrot from pet stores, and some irresponsible breeders......THIS vid shows you were they come from. Most ppl keep them for a couple yrs then sell them cuz thy don't have the time for them.

  • 0:34 Hybrid!

  • @greengrendel - Indeed. The only thing I like less than parrot breeding, is hybrid parrot breeding.

  • Thats a terrible place. Imagine spending your whole life in a cage and forced to breed so you can make someone else money. I'm a breeder of many types of parrots and my birds are in a outdoor aviary with big trees and lush gardens. I would never put my birds in a steel cage. How sad.

  • Go after petshops that sells Macaws, that is Animal cruelty to keep them in small cages , and many birds sit there for several years :-(

  • You only see indoor space, and that looks fine with space, the birds can go outdoor I think- Thats the normal way to build Enclosures :-)

  • Wow..

It's not that bad to breed birds.

It's not like it's a mill. I bet those birds have had a nice outdoor area that nobody can see in this video.

What do you expect from a breeder?

There isn't much you can do with birds...They're messy animals and unless you clean up after them every hour or so; it's gonna be abit messy.

I've seen worse than that, trust me. Those cages ARE big enough for them, unless you have knowledge about birds, don't run your mouth. this is a reply to other commenters.

  • @eande4e WOW....ARE YOU JUST THE MOST IGNORANT PERSON ON THE PLANET OR WHAT? How DARE you say that it's not like a mill. You must either work there or own it yourself. I hope that someone puts you in a cage (remember, they live as long as we do, by we I mean humans, I'm not sure you qualify for that title). You should research your subject matter a little more.

  • where is this place at i wanna adopt some :( poor birddy

  • around the bay area and he dosnt have any mor but i got two

  • Why do I keep hearing this constant rhetoric about how malevolent breeding and keeping parrots is? The importation of wild caught parrots into the Unites States and now the European Union is prohibited by international law. The majority of parrots offered for sale in the U.S. for the pet trade are domestically bred and raised within our sovereign borders. CITES largely ended the importation of wild caught parrots

  • the cages are so small you shoodent be able to have them you shood the in jail

  • angry birds

  • I agree what a filty dirty place.

  • What a terrible place -- don't support them - -adopt a bird
